I did a slow 4 mile run after working out with resistance bands and perfect pushup thingys.
Workout:
I did 30 minutes of strength training before a 4 mile run. I worked my chest with perfect pushups and then my back with resistance bands. I also did 6 exercises of abs. I did all of this in a circuit fashion to get my heart pumping. Then I did a slow 4 mile run.
Workout:
I set out for a 5 mile run and forgot to start my watch so I have no time to enter. It was only in the 90’s so I’m sure it was better than my regular runs. I also did a great ab workout and started working on my diet more.
Workout:
Today I was incredibly tired but I decided to do a 4 mile run anyways. It was slow and hot (again) and I finished with 130 pushups and 170 ab repititions. Tomorrow I am hoping to do another bike ride.
Workout:
I did a run to get myself used to running after cycling and to push myself a little further. Next bike ride I will break 20 miles and 2 miles afterwards.
Workout:
I did a slow 75 min cycle and then a 15 min slow run. I was sucking wind coming back into the wind and uphill. I need to dedicate myself more to cycling becuase I am failing at it.
Workout:
I ran 4 miles in the 102º heat. I felt good but I wasn’t in the mood to push it so I took my time. This is the most miles I have run in one week in a long time. 14.26 miles. I plan to do more next week. I am still not getting two bicycle rides in a week and I really need to work on that the most. Hopefully this week will be less stressful and I will find the time.
Workout:
I worked until 4am and stayed up with the new baby until 5am. I was up by 10 am to run errands so my morning workout got postponed and shortened. So I completed a 3.1 mile run in the 105º heat. I am so looking forward to the winter.
Workout:
I ran 1 hour on a treadmill at an average pace of 7.16 miles per week. I ran 7 miles an hour for the first 30 mins and then alternated between 7 and 8 miles per hour for the last 30 mins. This was after a quick circuit workout for my lats and abs. I felt like I could have gone on longer at that pace so I feel good about it. The run was a little longer than I will have to go for my PumkinMan Triathlon in October. Hopefully the weather will cool down so I can run outside more.
Workout:
I did a quick 15 min circuit workout to work my abs a little and my lats. I started with stiff arm pulls downs for 30 reps, then 12 dips, then 12 pullups (unassisted), and finish with 15 leg lifts. I did this circuit 3 times with 30 second rest between each round. After this workout I ran for 1 hour.
